Fort George Hotel and Spa

Fort George Hotel and Spa sits on Marine Parade in the Fort George district of Belize City, the colonial-era waterfront quarter that has long been the city's front door to the Caribbean. The property is undertaking the largest expansion in its history, a six-story Sea View Signature Tower designed by Arguelles Architects that adds 66 guestrooms and suites, including two Signature Sea View Penthouses, and takes the hotel to roughly 130 rooms in total. The tower brings a new arrival sequence, a signature Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, an all-day lobby bar running from specialty coffee to evening cocktails, a waterfront pool, a boutique, and roughly 4,500 square feet of meeting and event space split across a meeting room, an outdoor deck and a fourth-floor venue. Existing facilities include the K'IN Spa, the BurnBox Gym and the Treehouse Restaurant. The hotel is set to operate under Marriott's Autograph Collection as Fort George, Belize, Autograph Collection.
