Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is the brand's first property in the Dominican Republic, set on a 60-acre beachfront site along Playa Esmeralda on the southern shores of Samaná Bay in the country's lush northeast. Developed by Cisneros Real Estate as part of the family's long-envisioned Tropicalia community, the resort features tropical-modernist architecture by acclaimed Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld, with 95 guest rooms and suites and 25 private residences of three and four bedrooms, all stepping toward the sand.
