Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico

Cradled within a private 483-acre nature reserve and stretching along nearly two miles of palm-lined golden beach, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico pairs 139 refreshed guest rooms and suites with 85 private branded residences on Puerto Rico's lush northeastern coast, open since November 2025.

The estate is anchored by an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. championship golf course, alongside a full-service spa with ten treatment rooms, two resort pools, an expanded racquet centre for tennis, pickleball and padel, two fitness centres, and a beachside watersports hub for kitesurfing and windsurfing. Ten distinct dining and bar concepts range from refined international cuisine to toes-in-the-sand island fare, while families gravitate to a waterpark and the kids' club. Interiors by Meyer Davis lean into a tropical-elegant aesthetic that frames the surrounding rainforest, river and ocean, and the property holds the distinction of being the Caribbean's only Certified Gold Audubon International Signature Sanctuary, home to more than 240 species of flora and fauna including leatherback turtles and Caribbean manatees. The combination of conservation-grade landscape, championship golf and full Four Seasons branded-residence services makes it a standout among the region's ultra-luxury beachfront estates.
