Gardens Vista is a 221-unit, four-story luxury rental community under construction at 12450 Central Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, on a roughly 16-acre parcel inside the Cimarron Cove master-planned community near the Central Boulevard and Victoria Falls Boulevard corridor. Developed by Atlanta-based Vista Residential Partners with architecture by Niles Bolton Associates and general contractor Straticon, the Spanish colonial-inspired community offers 131 one-bedroom, 68 two-bedroom and 22 three-bedroom apartments. Roughly 10 percent of the homes are reserved as workforce housing for households earning 60 to 140 percent of area median income, a set-aside the developer committed to without taking Live Local Act incentives. Amenities span a resort-style swimming pool, two pickleball courts, a fitness center, golf simulators, an interactive game room, coworking space, more than an acre of walking trails, a dog park, electric vehicle charging stations and a 24-hour package concierge.
