About the project

Glass House Boca Raton is a boutique luxury condominium at 280 East Palmetto Park Road in downtown Boca Raton, Florida, billed as the neighborhood's first fully modern glass residential building. Developed by Noam Ziv's Red-C Group with Ilan and Ido Zaken of Philadelphia-based Mira Properties, it is designed by West Palm Beach architecture firm GarciaStromberg with Kaufman Lynn Construction as general contractor, and is financed by a $70 million construction loan from Maxim Capital. The building holds just 28 residences across two-, three- and four-bedroom floorplans ranging from roughly 2,500 to 3,865 square feet, an intentionally small count that gives nearly every home a full-floor or half-floor footprint with private elevator entry, floor-to-ceiling glass and wraparound terraces. A rooftop amenity level with a pool deck and lounge crowns the building, and residents sit less than a mile from Boca Raton's beaches and a short walk from Mizner Park, Royal Palm Place and the Palmetto Park Road restaurant corridor. Glass House is part of a wave of small-scale, design-led condominiums reshaping downtown Boca Raton for buyers trading large-tower living for privacy and scarcity.
