Hard Rock Hotel and Casino San Juan

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino San Juan is an $850 million integrated resort planned for the waterfront edge of Old San Juan, developed by Hard Rock International with Misla Hospitality, Stonecrest Investment Management and The Interfin Companies. Klai Juba Wald and CMA Architects designed the property around 415 guest rooms, 58 suites and 186 Hard Rock branded residences on the top three floors, with one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts looking out over San Juan Bay and the Atlantic. A 45,000-square-foot casino anchors the entertainment program alongside restaurants and bars, event venues, a recording studio, a Rock Spa, a fitness center and three terrace-level pools, plus a kids club, an arcade and teen spaces. The design leans on Puerto Rico's musical heritage, with memorabilia and commissioned work from local artists threaded through the public rooms.
