The HB Capital Group Tower is a proposed 37-story, 425-foot mixed-use skyscraper on a 0.63-acre parcel at East Washington Street and North Rosalind Avenue, directly across from Lake Eola Park in downtown Orlando. Developed by Sunny Isles Beach-based HB Capital Group, led by CEO Steven Hurowitz, and designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, the tower is planned for up to 252 condominium residences, a 221-room five-star hotel, roughly 35,000 square feet of commercial space and a park-facing ground-floor restaurant, atop six levels of structured parking.
