Homestead, Autograph Collection sits on nearly 190 acres at 700 North Homestead Drive in Midway, Utah, in the Wasatch Back's Heber Valley, a short drive from Deer Valley and Park City. Its signature feature is the Crater, a 10,000-year-old geothermal hot spring enclosed under a limestone dome, where mineral water holds a swimmable temperature year round. Under The Homestead Group, the historic property is being carried through a full redevelopment and will operate within Marriott's Autograph Collection. The plan reimagines the par-71 golf course with a new clubhouse, simulators and practice facilities, adds the Spa at Homestead alongside a fitness center and indoor pickleball courts, and brings a third restaurant, Simon's Tavern, to a lineup that already includes the Milk House and the 1886 Grill. Six heated pools and a series of event venues anchor the grounds. Homestead Residences introduces the resort's first branded ownership, a collection of one and two-bedroom homes with floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces and interiors of reclaimed wood and natural stone, set steps from the golf course and framed by the Wasatch Range.
