H.O.R.I.Z.O.N. is a proposed oceanfront redevelopment for Lake Worth Beach, Florida, advanced by an investment group led by Copperline Partners with Fortress Investment and Stiles Construction. The public-private vision centered on two Hyatt-branded hotels — a Grand Hyatt on the beachside parcels and a Hyatt conference hotel at the municipal golf course — alongside a convention component, a reimagined public golf course redesigned by Jack Nicklaus's 1JN studio, structured beach parking and a new public swimming pool. The plan was framed as a comprehensive reinvention of the city's beachfront and downtown public land, blending hospitality, entertainment and civic recreation along the Palm Beach County coast.
