Official WebsiteHurricane Hole Superyacht Marina is the centerpiece of Paradise Landing, a mixed-use redevelopment of one of Paradise Island's most historic dock locations, recreated as the Caribbean's most exclusive berth for megayachts. Following a comprehensive Sterling Global Financial-led redesign, the marina was the first in The Bahamas to introduce in-slip fueling — allowing vessels to be fueled directly at their berth — alongside floating concrete docks up to 420 feet in length and a 240-foot turning basin engineered to accommodate the world's largest yachts. The surrounding Paradise Landing development functions as a "Downtown Paradise Island," with a seven-story luxury condominium featuring two- and three-bedroom suites overlooking the marina, two high-end restaurants, retail and entertainment venues, executive office space, a wine and liquor store, and a medical center and pharmacy serving residents and the broader Paradise Island community. The marina has earned a reputation as the most coveted berth in the Caribbean among yacht captains and crews, supported by 24-hour security, concierge services, and direct access to Atlantis Resort, the Four Seasons Ocean Club, and the broader resort island ecosystem. Developed by Sterling Global Financial as a flagship project in their Bahamas portfolio.
