Icon Beach Waterfront Residences is a 38-story luxury condominium tower rising at 3724 South Ocean Drive in Hollywood, Florida, on the former Diplomat Beach Resort site along the Intracoastal Waterway. Developed by the Related Group and BH Group and designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates with interiors by Meyer Davis, the tower delivers approximately 350 one- to three-bedroom residences ranging from roughly 950 to 2,600 square feet, each with floor-to-ceiling glass and expansive private terraces. Amenities span tens of thousands of square feet and include a resort-style waterfront pool deck with private cabanas, a full-service beach club, a resident marina, a spa and wellness center, and indoor-outdoor lounges, with curated works from the Jorge M. Perez Contemporary Art Collection. The project positions Icon Beach as one of Hollywood Beach's defining oceanfront addresses.
