Karl Lagerfeld Residences Lisboa is the Maison's first branded residential project in Portugal, a boutique tower on Rua Braamcamp in Lisbon's Santo Antonio parish, steps from Avenida da Liberdade and Marques de Pombal, the capital's grandest stretch of luxury retail and heritage facades. Developed by Overseas, the building replaces the existing structures at Rua Braamcamp 48-50, which are being demolished to make way for it. Architectural direction comes from The One Atelier under Andrea Boschetti, with a main facade by Metrogramma: a sculptural V-shaped composition of ascending vertical lines that unfolds along a diagonal gradient in shades of red, a nod to the red frame Karl Lagerfeld drew around his finished sketches. Inside are just ten apartments starting at roughly 234 square metres, among the most expensive homes ever offered in Lisbon, each with generous, versatile living space, top-tier finishes and integrated home technology, private jacuzzis in individual units and a penthouse crowned by a private pool with a transparent floor. A dedicated wellness floor gathers an emotional shower, steam room, sauna, heated wellness pool, floating pool with underwater music, treatment room and gym, while residents also receive concierge service from Overseas and private underground parking. The residences are marketed internationally with Corcoran Atlantic, translating the house's graphic, monochrome design language into one of Europe's most sought-after urban addresses.
