Led by the King Salman Park Foundation under Saudi Vision 2030, the roughly 17-square-kilometre green district is master-planned by Henning Larsen, Omrania, and Gerber Architekten (with Buro Happold and Setec) and anchored by the $2 billion Royal Arts Complex and an Adjaye Associates-designed Visitor Pavilion. It blends more than a million trees, a wadi-inspired landscape, and 150-plus attractions with residential-led mixed-use districts of homes, hotels, offices, schools, and retail.
