La Réserve Firenze brings La Réserve Hotels & Private Homes to Italy for the first time, inside a 15th-century palazzo on Via Santo Spirito in the Oltrarno, acquired in 2022 by Grégory and Olivia Marciano. Paris studio Gilles & Boissier designed six serviced apartments of one to three bedrooms, each roughly 1,940 to 2,260 square feet with a dedicated butler and full kitchen. The restoration uncovered frescoes and painted wooden ceilings, worked into rooms of pietra serena and Siena travertine hung with art and tapestries from the owners' collection. Shared spaces include a planted courtyard, private lounge, billiards room, library, gym and patio, and the top apartment opens onto a rooftop terrace facing the Duomo. Room service comes from the Florentine trattoria Cammillo.
