Legacy Harbour

Legacy Harbour is a landmark riverfront redevelopment on the Caloosahatchee in the heart of downtown Fort Myers' historic River District, master-planned by AIRN Management with architecture by Michael Graves Architecture & Design. The 13-acre program rises as twin sculptural towers whose curving, perforated facades and dramatic sweeping canopy frame a public waterfront galleria of shops and restaurants between them, opening onto the marina and yacht basin. The towers layer luxury condominiums and rental residences above a boutique hotel, wrapped by structured parking and tens of thousands of square feet of public gathering space along the river. Set beside the reimagined Legacy Harbour Marina, the project reintroduces a walkable, mixed-use waterfront gateway to the western edge of downtown.
