Legacy Harbour

Legacy Harbour is a proposed two-tower mixed-use development on roughly 13 acres along West First Street in the River District at the edge of downtown Fort Myers, Florida, wrapped around the Legacy Harbour Marina on the Caloosahatchee River. Developed by AIRN Management and designed by Michael Graves Architecture & Design, the master plan calls for two 25-story towers rising over a base of retail and parking, with 377 entitled residences in a potential mix of apartments, condominiums and hotel rooms, a pedestrian galleria and public gathering space along the waterfront. The Fort Myers City Council granted the project a 30 percent density bonus, and AIRN has already rebuilt the 131-slip marina at its heart with new Bellingham Marine docks for yachts up to 150 feet, positioning the site as a signature gateway to the city's riverfront.
