Legends Tower

Legends Tower is the skyline piece of The Boardwalk at Bricktown, a mixed-use district Matteson Capital is building on a former surface parking lot in Oklahoma City's Bricktown entertainment quarter. Designed by AO with Hensel Phelps as contractor, the tower is planned at 134 stories and 1,907 feet, a height chosen for the year Oklahoma became a state, which would make it the tallest building in the United States. It carries 780 residences above 500 hotel keys split between a Dream by Hyatt and an Andaz. The district around it pairs a central lagoon and boardwalk with roughly 203,000 square feet of retail and restaurants and a mix of market-rate and workforce apartments in the Ruby and Emerald towers. The supertall itself is staged to proceed only once the first phase leases up, and it still needs Federal Aviation Administration clearance.
