Lighthouse Point Yacht Club

The Lighthouse Point Yacht Club redevelopment reimagines the existing club property at 2701 NE 42nd Street as a private waterfront enclave built around a new 45,850-square-foot clubhouse, roughly 35,500 square feet of it air-conditioned, with a second-floor banquet hall, a resort-style pool deck and a nearly 19,500-square-foot accessible rooftop overlooking the water. The club's 78-slip marina anchors the site, and the residential side brings 21 three-story townhomes across six buildings, each with three or four bedrooms and roughly 3,600 to 4,700 square feet of air-conditioned living space, priced from about $4 million to $5.1 million. A single custom waterfront estate on a roughly 12,800-square-foot homesite completes the plan. Insite Design Group designed the architecture in a crisp white modernist language of glass, warm wood soffits and planted terraces, and Paterson Project Management is developing and building the project.
