Developed by Contact Development Company with Mexico City-based GBM Real Estate and designed by architecture studio TALLER ADG, the community comprises 171 villas and estates set between Litibú Beach and the Greg Norman-designed Higuera Golf Club. Its collection spans ocean villas, golf villas, beach houses, and beachfront estates, with golf-villa ownership including membership to the adjacent championship course. Positioned as a new benchmark for coastal luxury north of Puerto Vallarta, the club pairs beach and golf living with resort-grade amenities in one of the Pacific coast's most exclusive enclaves.
