About the project

Little Palm Island Resort & Spa occupies a roughly four-to-five-acre private island off Little Torch Key in the Lower Florida Keys, with no road access: guests cross from the Shore Station at Mile Marker 28.5 aboard the motor yacht The Truman, or arrive by seaplane or private yacht at the island's marina. Operated by Noble House Hotels & Resorts and rebuilt after Hurricane Irma in a $34 million project with interiors by AvroKO, the adults-only resort holds 30 thatched-roof bungalow suites across 15 buildings for a maximum of 60 guests, with no TVs or telephones in the suites. The Dining Room serves a daily-changing menu and a nightly chef's tasting menu, alongside the Pool & Palapa Bar, and SpaTerre is a 3,800-square-foot two-story open-air spa. Kayaks, paddleboards, Hobie Cat sailboats, snorkel gear and four 13-foot Boston Whalers are included, with daily excursions to Looe Key Reef. The resort holds Three MICHELIN Keys and is a Relais & Châteaux member.
