Lustica Bay

Luštica Bay is a $1.5 billion master-planned town rising on Montenegro's Luštica Peninsula, spanning roughly 1,705 acres between the Adriatic Sea and UNESCO-protected Boka Bay. The destination brings together residences (apartments, townhouses, and villas), two hotels — The Chedi Luštica Bay and Hotel Centrale by Angsana — a 115-berth marina, restaurants, retail, and five beaches with beach clubs. The Peaks, the newest of its four neighborhoods, is now selling villas and apartments, anchored by Montenegro's first golf course: an 18-hole, par-72 Gary Player Signature Design with sea views from every hole. The course's first nine holes are on track for completion in summer 2026, with the full 18 to follow. The Peaks ClubHouse is already open with a restaurant, driving range, golf academy, and simulator.
