Main Street Exchange
Main Street Exchange gathers six venues onto a single block bounded by Main Street, Douglas Avenue, Monroe Street and the Pinellas Trail in downtown Dunedin.
Official Website830 Douglas Avenue, Dunedin. 89 hotel keys. Completing 2029.
Mazas Development, a Pinellas County family company, is replacing a vacant office building at 830 Douglas Avenue with an 89-room boutique hotel crowned by a public rooftop terrace and bar, a 14,000-square-foot food hall and marketplace with room for live music and art, a 280-seat theater and event venue, a 198-seat signature restaurant, a speakeasy, a social gaming center and street-level shops. The architecture borrows from Dunedin's low-rise, colorful downtown, with arcades and balconies along Douglas Avenue and a courtyard opening onto Main Street and the trail. A companion public garage one block away, the Douglas Parking Center, supplies most of the district's 455 parking spaces.
