The story so far

Designed by Brazilian architects Studio MK27, the resort anchors Esencia, a 2,000-acre master-planned coastal community from the Reuben Brothers and Three Rules Capital, master planned by Álvarez-Díaz & Villalón with landscape collaboration from EDSA, and set among beaches, mangroves and lagoons. Esencia is planned to bring together multiple luxury hospitality brands, including Rosewood, with private residences, golf, public beach access and resilient community infrastructure.
