Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the property occupies a landmark building wrapped in KPF's modular terra-cotta "urban cell wall" facade and offers 194 guest rooms and suites, four restaurants and bars, extensive event space, and a spa with an indoor pool and fitness center. It brings Mandarin Oriental's signature service to a walkable, park-laced quarter that links the city's historic lakefront with its central business district.
