Mandarin Oriental Residences, Grand Cayman is the brand's first ground-up resort and residential development in the Caribbean, taking shape on St. James Point at the tranquil southern tip of Grand Cayman. Set within a sixty-seven-acre oceanfront enclave with more than 2,700 feet of frontage and a private crescent beach, the project pairs a 91-key Mandarin Oriental resort with an exclusive collection of forty-two residences. The Beach House offers twenty two- to four-bedroom homes atop the hotel, designed by Hart Howerton with interiors by Meyer Davis, while the Ocean House gathers twenty-two residences and penthouses by Paris-based architect Reda Amalou of AW2. Developed by Melkonian Capital Management and RAL Companies, the enclave brings Mandarin Oriental's celebrated service to private beachfront living, set apart from the bustle of Seven Mile Beach.
