Mandarin Oriental Residences Kanai

Mandarin Oriental Residences Kanai is a collection of oceanfront residences within the exclusive Kanai masterplan community along Mexico's Riviera Maya coastline. The project reflects a growing movement in luxury real estate toward biophilic design, where architecture is intentionally shaped by and integrated with the natural environment. Designed to exist within the surrounding mangroves, tropical jungle, and coastline, the residences embrace a low-density approach that allows the landscape to remain the defining element of the experience, with 91 percent of the broader Kanai development preserved as conservation area.
