About the project

Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, the Mandarin Oriental Residences are a pair of stepped, terraced volumes whose cascading planted setbacks give every home a generous outdoor room framing the surrounding museum quarter. Set among Foster + Partners' Zayed National Museum, Jean Nouvel's Louvre Abu Dhabi, and the forthcoming Gehry Guggenheim, the collection of 226 homes pairs sculptural architecture with interiors by Lillian Wu Studio and full Mandarin Oriental branded services. Amenities span pools, wellness, and dining threaded through landscaped podiums with sea and cultural-district views. It is one of Saadiyat's most design-forward branded-residence launches.
