Marina Towers by Tatweer Misr

Marina Towers is Tatweer Misr's landmark marina-front high-rise community at the Il Monte Galala resort city on Egypt's Red Sea coast in Ain Sokhna, and the first Egyptian development to weave luxury residential towers around an international yacht marina. The roughly 50 billion EGP (about $1 billion) destination spans some 470,000 square meters of built-up area across ten mixed-use towers holding around 2,600 residential and hospitality units, wrapped around an IGY-managed marina with capacity for more than 150 yachts. A Marriott hospitality and serviced-apartment program anchors the towers, while a 28,000-square-meter exhibition and convention center managed by BCI Realty and smart, energy-efficient infrastructure from Schneider Electric position the community as a year-round investment and lifestyle hub on the Galala waterfront.
