Marina Towers by Tatweer Misr

Marina Towers is the centerpiece of the second phase of Il Monte Galala, Tatweer Misr's flagship coastal resort city in Galala City, Ain Sokhna, on Egypt's Red Sea coast. Envisioned as Egypt's first luxury marina-front high-rise community, the roughly $1 billion development comprises ten towers of about 20 stories holding some 2,600 residential and hospitality units wrapped around an international yacht marina with more than 150 berths. Operated in partnership with Marriott's Autograph Collection and advised by IGY Marinas, the waterfront destination adds a 28,000-square-meter convention and exhibition center, smart-city infrastructure, and resort amenities, positioning Galala City as the closest premium coastal address to Egypt's New Administrative Capital.
