Metro Parc South is a 10-story, 347-unit transit-oriented rental community by MG Developer at 954 & 934 E 25th Street in Hialeah, Florida. Designed for walkable, transit-connected living with direct access to Tri-Rail and Metrorail minutes from Downtown Miami, the building delivers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with ground-floor retail. The project broke ground in June 2025 backed by a $105 million construction loan, with KAST Construction leading the build toward a Summer 2028 delivery. Metro Parc South is the newest phase of MG Developer's Metro Center master plan — a nearly 2.3-million-square-foot hub of upscale rental residences and retail that, alongside sister developments Metro Parc and Metro Parc North, aims to revitalize one of South Florida's most historic cities.
