Midtown at Bonita

Midtown at Bonita is a 68-acre master-planned, pedestrian-oriented mixed-use community rising east of Interstate 75 in Bonita Springs, developed by the Zuckerman Group. Conceived as the area's first development to fully embrace walkable, live-work-play urbanism, Midtown weaves 400 luxury residences together with roughly 200,000 square feet of retail and office space around landscaped streets and gathering places. More than 30 acres are dedicated to preserves, lakes, and open green space, grounding the community in the Southwest Florida landscape while creating a vibrant new downtown-style destination between Naples and Fort Myers.
