MIMA Living is a roughly €150 million development by Kronos Homes in Parque das Nações, the riverside quarter built for Lisbon's Expo '98 and now one of the capital's most planned and walkable districts, on what the developer describes as the neighbourhood's last remaining residential plot. Designed by Broadway Malyan, the scheme comprises two autonomous 14-storey buildings holding 180 fully furnished and equipped apartments in one- and two-bedroom layouts ranging from about 40 to 107 square metres, with plans shaped to maximise natural light, privacy and usable space in compact footprints. The shared amenity programme runs to a multifunctional lobby, a design-led lounge and co-working spaces, a fully equipped gym, separate adult and children's swimming pools, private gardens, underground parking and round-the-clock reception and security. As Kronos Homes' first mixed-use tourism project in the city, it is structured so owners can place their apartment into professional short-stay management when they are not using it, blurring the line between a residence and a serviced hospitality product in a district already geared to visitors.
