Miramar Cove is a $1 billion, 125-acre master-planned waterfront community at the intersection of Miramar Parkway and Red Road in west Broward County, one block from the Florida Turnpike and minutes from Hard Rock Stadium. The centerpiece is a 5.5-acre "Blue Mar Basin" water feature engineered with a proprietary Martin Aquatic system to create a beach-like inland waterfront environment surrounded by restaurants, retail, residential buildings, office components, hospitality uses, and pedestrian promenades. At full buildout, the community will deliver 2,874 residential units (including 200 townhomes and approximately 100 affordable units), 400,000 square feet of retail with a 35,000-square-foot grocery, 125,000 square feet of Class A office, and a 185-key hotel — supporting an anticipated population of roughly 8,000 residents. Amenities include five miles of walking paths, a 10-acre Founders Park, the 25-acre "Estuary" natural preserve, a residents-only beach club, and a public entertainment district programmed for daily and evening activation. The site sits adjacent to Miramar Park of Commerce, one of South Florida's major business hubs with more than 15,000 employees across 165 companies. Construction is planned in two phases with a grand opening targeted for the fourth quarter of 2028.
