Miramar Cove

Miramar Cove is a $1 billion, 125-acre master-planned mixed-use community rising in Miramar, Florida, at Miramar Parkway and Red Road in west Broward County. Developed by Sunbeam Properties and Stiles and designed by architecture firm Cooper Carry, the walkable district centers on a 5.5-acre crystal-blue lagoon ringed by restaurants, retail, and waterfront promenades. The community will deliver 2,874 homes alongside roughly 400,000 square feet of shops, a 35,000-square-foot grocer, 125,000 square feet of Class A offices, and a 185-key hotel. Resident amenities include a private beach club, about five miles of walking paths, and connections to acres of parks and natural trails.
