Official WebsiteMr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach broke ground in August 2025 as the first Mr. C property in Palm Beach County, rising in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach as a 27-story tower combining 110 hotel suites and 146 branded condominium residences. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis, the building draws on the Italian Riviera of the 1950s and the city's sailing culture, with refined finishes, expansive layouts, and large windows framing views of the Intracoastal Waterway and downtown skyline; select residences include corner exposures and generous terraces. The amenity program centers on a garden-level lap pool with private cabanas and a poolside bar and lounge, alongside a fitness center with dedicated rooms for yoga, pilates, and Peloton workouts, and a spa with steam and sauna facilities. Residents also share a library, business lounge, children's play area, curated art installations, and a private members' lounge, all supported by a custom Mr. C Hotel & Residences digital app for building services and concierge requests. The project is developed by Miami-based Terra in partnership with Sympatico Real Estate, with exclusive sales by Douglas Elliman Florida; pre-sales had crossed 70 percent at groundbreaking. The Mr. C brand was founded by the Cipriani family in 2011 with its first hotel in Beverly Hills, later expanding to New York, Miami, and Dubai, and West Palm Beach extends that European-inspired hospitality program into Palm Beach County for the first time.
