Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua is the first Nikki Beach resort and branded residences in the Western Hemisphere — a $400 million development on Jolly Beach. The project features 84 hotel rooms and suites alongside 134 turnkey residences (studios to three-bedroom) and 7 four-bedroom beachfront villas, all integrated with a full-service beach club, poolscape, dining venues, and wellness sanctuaries. Architecture by HKS Architects with interiors by ROAM Interior Design. Amenities include Cafe Nikki, Escape Beach Restaurant, beachfront pools, sunset lounges, and an 11,000 sq ft Nikki Spa + Tone Gym. Sales begin early 2026; resort opening planned for 2030. Branded residences start around $1.2M with villas from $5.5M.
