Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua is the first Nikki Beach branded resort and residences in the Western Hemisphere, a $400 million beachfront development along Antigua's mile-long Jolly Beach in Jolly Harbour. Developed by White Sand Development Ltd., part of the Ayre Group, in collaboration with Nikki Beach Hospitality Group, it pairs 84 hotel rooms and suites with 134 turnkey residences and seven four-bedroom beachfront villas. Designed by HKS Architects with interiors by ROAM Interior Design, the resort features Café Nikki and Escape Beach restaurants, beachfront pools, sunset lounges, and an 11,000-square-foot Nikki Spa and Tone Gym. Residences are eligible under Antigua's Citizenship by Investment Program, positioning the project as a marquee luxury destination in the Caribbean.
