Designed by HKS Architects with interiors by ROAM Interior Design, the resort features Cafe Nikki and Escape Beach restaurants, beachfront pools, sunset lounges, and an 11,000-square-foot Nikki Spa and Tone Gym. Residences are eligible under Antigua's Citizenship by Investment Program, positioning the project as a marquee luxury destination in the Caribbean.
