Njd's Heart Tower

Njd's Heart Tower is a 65-storey mixed-use skyscraper by Daman Real Estate rising on King Fahd Road in Al Muhammadiyah, one of Riyadh's principal north-south commercial spines. Billed as the first sustainable skyscraper on its stretch of the corridor and pursuing LEED certification, the tower translates the geometry and material language of Salmani architecture, the design idiom the Kingdom has adopted for its contemporary civic and commercial building, into a slender high-rise silhouette. Its program stacks a luxury hotel above commercial and office floors, served by a core of 25 elevators and more than 811 basement and podium parking spaces. Energy-efficient systems, centralised air conditioning and a facade tuned for natural daylight underpin the sustainability case, while the address places the tower among the cluster of banking and corporate landmarks that define the King Fahd Road skyline.
