Oasis Hallandale

Oasis Hallandale is a ten-acre master-planned mixed-use district in Hallandale Beach, Florida, developed by Giuseppe Iadisernia and designed by Arquitectonica, with MGM Construction Group as construction manager. Twin 25-story towers, known as the West Tower and the East Tower, hold roughly 500 condominium residences ranging from about 900 to 4,750 square feet, stacked above an activated commercial base of some 95,000 square feet of retail, dining and office space. Arquitectonica's design treats the two towers as a paired composition on the Hallandale Beach Boulevard corridor, with a resort-style amenity podium between them carrying pools, fitness and wellness space, co-working lounges and landscaped terraces. The scale of the site lets the project function as a neighborhood rather than a single building, adding walkable street-level commercial space to a stretch of Broward County that has historically been car-dependent. Positioned between Aventura and Hollywood, minutes from Gulfstream Park, the Diplomat Golf and Tennis Club and the Atlantic beaches, Oasis Hallandale is the largest ground-up mixed-use development in Hallandale Beach and a template for the density now reshaping the South Broward corridor.
