Ocean House

Ocean House is an ultra-luxury boutique condominium rising directly on the sand at 9317 Collins Avenue in Surfside, Florida, the quiet oceanfront town between Bal Harbour and Miami Beach. Developed by Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management, the Miami arm of Brazilian retail giant Multiplan led by Jose Isaac Peres, the six-story building holds only 25 residences, a deliberately small count that gives the project the privacy of a single-family compound with the services of a full-scale condominium. Architecture is by Arquitectonica, whose horizontally banded, glass-wrapped facade steps back toward the Atlantic to give every home deep oceanfront terraces, while interiors by Carla Guilhem Design pair natural stone flooring, European cabinetry, Gaggenau appliances and spa-inspired bathrooms across two- to five-bedroom layouts ranging from roughly 2,093 to 6,279 square feet. Three full floors are devoted to wellness and amenities, including a spa with treatment room, salon and steam room, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool deck with a vitality pool. Grounds by ArquitectonicaGEO layer reflecting ponds, floating cabanas and secluded lounges between the building and the beach, and a crowning penthouse has been marketed as one of the most expensive residences ever offered in Surfside. Moss Construction is building the project.
