Oculina

Oculina is a fully entitled waterfront mixed-use development at 3700 Broadway in Riviera Beach, Florida, on the former Winn-Dixie supermarket site along the Intracoastal Waterway. Developed by Peter Baytarian's Forest Development, the project comprises two 25-story towers rising to 300 feet on a six-story podium, with 399 condominium residences ranging from roughly 1,550 to 3,400 square feet above 17,120 square feet of restaurant space, 11,000 square feet of offices and 9,680 square feet of retail across about 1.34 million total square feet. Resort-style amenities include multiple pools with a rooftop pool atop the southern tower, a bowling alley, a recording studio and a fitness center, while 1,007 structured parking spaces serve residents and visitors. In exchange for additional density and height, Forest Development committed $4.9 million to the City of Riviera Beach's affordable-housing fund, and the roughly $300 million project is projected to generate more than $900 million in local economic impact.
