Oculina is a 25-story, 399-unit waterfront condominium development at 3700 Broadway in Riviera Beach, Florida, rising on the former Winn-Dixie site with sweeping Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean views. Developed by Forest Development, the roughly 1.34-million-square-foot mixed-use project pairs twin residential towers with restaurant, office and retail space and resort-style amenities. In exchange for added density and height, the developer committed nearly $5 million to Riviera Beach's affordable-housing fund, making Oculina one of the city's most significant new waterfront developments.
