Olara is an ultra-luxury waterfront development at 1919 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, Florida, rising along the North Flagler corridor in Southern Northwood with views across the Intracoastal Waterway to Palm Beach. Developed by New York-based Savanna and designed by Miami's Arquitectonica, with interiors and amenity spaces by Gabellini Sheppard Associates, the two-tower project pairs a 26-story condominium of two- to four-bedroom residences with a companion rental building, both set atop a 100,000-square-foot amenity podium. Residents have roughly 80,000 square feet of resort-style amenities, a private marina and a spa, while chef José Andrés brings his first restaurant concept in the Palm Beaches to the ground floor, open to the public. Gilbane is the general contractor on a project that has become one of the anchors of West Palm Beach's fast-accelerating luxury condo market.
