Official WebsiteOld Shores is an ambitious destination golf development in Florida's Panhandle, set just inland from the Gulf's sugar-white beaches and the 30A corridor, roughly 30 minutes north of Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. It is the fourth collaboration between developer Michael Keiser — the visionary behind Bandon Dunes, Sand Valley, Rodeo Dunes, and Wild Spring Dunes — and acclaimed architect Tom Doak. The debut Doak course is defined by dramatic natural 'sinks,' wide inverted dunes that Doak has called unlike anything he has seen on a golf course. Planned to grow into a walkable lifestyle community, Old Shores will ultimately span multiple championship courses and a short course alongside a hotel, cottage and estate homesites, dining, art, and outdoor recreation, all anchored by golf and a philosophy of land restoration.
