One Beverly Hills

One Beverly Hills is a 17.5-acre luxury mixed-use district rising at the intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards in Beverly Hills, developed by Cain International and Eldridge Industries alongside the neighboring Waldorf Astoria and Beverly Hilton. Master planned by Foster + Partners with Kerry Hill Architects, the campus is anchored by a 78-suite Aman hotel, the brand's first on the West Coast, and two Aman-branded residential towers holding up to 200 condominiums with full access to Aman hotel services. Roughly 200,000 square feet of retail and dining, with partners including Dolce&Gabbana, Casa Tua and Los Mochis, sits beneath the towers, while Rios has designed about 10 acres of botanical gardens, 4.5 acres of them open to the public, along with a residents' club, spa and wellness facilities and subterranean parking. Backed by one of the largest construction financings in California history, the multibillion-dollar project is reshaping one of the most prominent corners of Los Angeles' Westside into a walkable hospitality and residential destination.
