About the project

One Bloor West, formerly known as 'The One,' is a supertall mixed-use skyscraper rising at the corner of Yonge and Bloor in Toronto's Bloor-Yorkville district. Designed by Foster + Partners, the tower stacks luxury condominiums above flagship retail and is set to become Canada's first building to exceed 300 metres. After its original developer entered receivership, Tridel assumed control of construction and sales and relaunched the project under its new name.
