ONE Carmel is a private residential community spanning 891 acres in Carmel Valley, California, minutes from Carmel-by-the-Sea, offering 73 homesites ranging from two-and-a-half to more than 12 acres alongside move-in-ready and fully custom homes. Developed by Carmel Reserve LLC under the leadership of chair Crystal Jiang, who assembled the property parcel by parcel over more than a decade, the community is designed around what Jiang calls "Art Residences" — homes conceived individually rather than repeated, each responding to its specific parcel with terraces and pools that blur the line between indoors and out. Move-in-ready residences are designed by BAR Architects & Interiors, with additional homes created in collaboration with a roster of local and internationally recognized architects.
