One Central Saigon occupies an 8,537-square-metre site directly opposite Ben Thanh Market in the core of Ho Chi Minh City's District 1, with frontages on four streets. Two towers rise from a shared retail and commercial podium, one holding luxury residences and the other The Ritz-Carlton, Saigon, the brand's first hotel in Vietnam, alongside branded residences. Arquitectonica is the design architect, with B+H as executive architect and HBA handling interiors. The podium carries seven above-ground commercial levels over six basement floors, which connect underground directly to Ben Thanh metro station and its subterranean retail concourse. The scheme was previously known as The Spirit of Saigon under its former developer before Masterise took it over and relaunched it.
