One&Only Hudson Valley marks the brand's first property in the Northeast U.S. and second confirmed U.S. resort — set to open 2028 across 21 acres in Hyde Park, just steps from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). Developed by Nolan Reynolds International in partnership with Kerzner International and the CIA. The resort features 61 accommodations across freestanding cabins, guest rooms, and suites, alongside a curated collection of private homes. Signature dining experiences will be crafted in collaboration with the CIA, offering guests immersive opportunities in food and flavor. The resort will also host a Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie, integrating science-backed wellness treatments and holistic health journeys into the guest experience. Follows One&Only Moonlight Basin (Big Sky, Montana) — the brand's first U.S. resort.
