One&Only Hudson Valley is a 21-acre luxury retreat in Hyde Park, New York, overlooking the Hudson River beside the Culinary Institute of America. Developed by Nolan Reynolds International with operator Kerzner International and designed by Gensler, it pairs a 63-key resort hotel with 54 private villas of two to five bedrooms set within wooded grounds. The property brings Clinique La Prairie's first U.S. Longevity Hub and a Culinary Institute of America dining partnership to a rustic-modern Hudson Valley setting of clean lines, handcrafted finishes, and natural materials.
