One&Only Hudson Valley

Developed by Nolan Reynolds International with Kerzner International and the Culinary Institute of America, and designed by Gensler, it is One&Only's first resort in the Northeast. The resort will offer 61 accommodations across standalone cabins, guest rooms and suites, with a Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie, distinct dining concepts shaped by the neighboring CIA, a spa, a pool and a farm-to-table program. The site plan includes a Hearth Building with reception, a lobby bar, retail and a 140-seat restaurant, an Event Barn with a 250-seat ballroom, a greenhouse, a distillery and pickleball courts. Alongside the resort, 54 One&Only Private Homes ranging from two to five bedrooms, each with a chef's kitchen, are offered for sale, giving owners privileges at the Hudson Valley resort and across the One&Only collection worldwide. Rustic-modern architecture with clean lines, handcrafted finishes and natural materials ties the retreat to the wooded Hudson Valley landscape.
