ORA Hospitality, the hotel arm of Naguib Sawiris' ORA Developers, is launching a new ultra-luxury lifestyle brand with this flagship on a largely undeveloped stretch of the Mykonos coast, set on an elevated hillside above Kalo Livadi Bay with sweeping views across the Aegean.

The roughly €100 million resort holds 93 keys: 60 rooms, 28 suites and five exclusive villas laid out village-style, each with sea views and private outdoor space. Rockwell Group shapes the design, with Sawiris personally guiding the concept: renderings show whitewashed Cycladic volumes under heavy timber canopies, a sculptural spiral stair rising from a reflecting pool, and pale stone and oak rooms opening to the light. The program includes four restaurants and bars, event space for 200 guests and a 900-square-metre wellness centre built around skincare, recovery and movement. It shares the bay with the Four Seasons Mykonos, making Kalo Livadi one of the island's most concentrated new luxury addresses. The brand name has not yet been announced; one report calls the property Silversands Mykonos.
