Orange Hill is the Kiawah Island Club's private golf-and-residential community set on a 933-acre tract of historic Johns Island, just inland from Kiawah Island, South Carolina. Developed by South Street Partners through its Kiawah Partners master-development arm, the community centers on an 18-hole championship course and a companion short course designed by acclaimed golf architect Beau Welling across roughly 300 acres, with traditional Old World green complexes, a double-sided practice range and a golf performance center that will be the Club's largest practice facility. Beyond the golf, Orange Hill introduces a collection of homesites and a new members' clubhouse, extending Kiawah Island Club amenities beyond the barrier island for the first time. The community is planned between River Road and Bohicket Road, pending regulatory approval.
