Interiors are by Islyn Studio, and the property is operated by Collared Martin Hospitality, the group behind the Faraway Hotels collection. Guestrooms, public spaces and a courtyard pool and patio opened in the first week of September 2026, with rooms outfitted in Parachute Home linens, Salt and Stone bath products and Tivoli speakers. Fortune Favors, the hotel's Asian-inspired restaurant, cocktail bar and vinyl listening room, follows later in September. The hotel operates year-round apart from January, and Blue Flag has said it intends to build partnerships with North Fork wineries and local businesses.
