Pagani Residences

Pagani Residences is the first residential project in the world carrying the name of Italian hypercar maker Pagani Automobili, a 30-story waterfront condominium tower at 7940 West Drive on Harbor Island in North Bay Village, Florida, minutes from Miami Beach across the Biscayne Bay causeway. Developed by Riviera Horizons under Mikael Hamaoui, the tower holds just 70 residences with only four homes per floor, so every unit is an all-corner plan with water views on two exposures. Revuelta Architecture International designed the building, while the interiors are shaped by Pagani Arte, the Made in Italy design division founded by Horacio Pagani himself, in collaboration with A++, translating the carbon fiber, leather and machined-metal language of the marque into two- to four-bedroom homes of roughly 2,800 to 4,300 square feet with terraces of 800 square feet and up. Two crowning penthouses of 12,200 and 10,700 square feet set record asking prices for North Bay Village. The amenity program is built for collectors, pairing an automotive concierge run with Prestige Imports, a private marina with boat slips, a 240-foot waterfront boardwalk, a rooftop pool with 360-degree bay and ocean views, a full wellness level on the 29th floor, and yacht and beach club access. The project is a centerpiece of North Bay Village's redevelopment of its aging bayfront apartment stock into branded luxury towers.
