Patina Tianjin is a heritage-led luxury hotel set within the former Italian concession beside Marco Polo Square in Tianjin's Hebei District, along the Minzu Road promenade north of the Haihe River. A collaboration between Capella Hotel Group and the Tianjin Hebei District Industrial Development Group, the project restores seventeen Italianate buildings into more than 145 guest rooms, including a historic presidential villa, arranged around courtyards and an indoor conservatory pool. Built to LEED and WELL sustainability standards, it brings Patina's contemporary lifestyle sensibility to one of northern China's most storied streetscapes.
