Bird International Airport. The estate offers homesites and turnkey villas, and hotelier Daniel Shamoon has teamed with Albert Hartog's Orange Limited to plan a boutique resort within it. The resort component is designed as 20 single-story suites and 20 two-bedroom villas, alongside 36 three- and four-bedroom villas offered for sale. Amenities are drawn around the water and the land in equal measure: a beach club reachable by boat, a restaurant supplied by an organic farm on the property, a racquet club, an ocean-view spa and fitness center, and a watersports hub. Residences are designed by James Hamilton Architects, with homesites offered from $2 million and turnkey residences from $4 million. The community has sold 26 lots totaling $50 million.
